1. General Conditions

By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.

2. Reservation Conditions

2.1 Reservation Process

• All reservations go through a pre-approval process
• Approval is given within 24 hours after the reservation request is sent
• Unconfirmed reservations are invalid
• Deposit payment must be made within 48 hours after reservation confirmation

2.2 Payment Terms

• 30% of the total fee is taken as a deposit
• The remaining fee is taken in cash on the tour day
• Different payment terms may apply for group reservations
• Prices may vary, please check current prices on the website

3. Cancellation Terms

3.1 Customer Cancellation

• 7 days before: 100% refund
• 3-7 days: 50% refund
• 1-3 days: 25% refund
• 24 hours before: No refund

3.2 Company Cancellation

• 100% refund or date change in case of cancellation due to weather conditions
• Alternative tour offer or 100% refund in case of technical failures
• Legal rights are reserved in force majeure situations

4. Safety and Responsibility

4.1 Participant Responsibilities

• You must declare your health condition accurately
• You must follow guide instructions
• You must use safety equipment correctly
• Participation in tours while intoxicated is prohibited
• You must report conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease

4.2 Company Responsibilities

• Providing safe equipment
• Assigning experienced guides
• Providing insurance coverage
• Having first aid facilities ready
• Creating emergency plans

5. Age and Health Restrictions

5.1 Age Limits

• ATV Safari: Minimum 16 years (parental consent required under 18)
• Buggy Tour: Minimum 18 years (driving license required)
• Rafting: Minimum 12 years (parental accompaniment under 16)
• Maximum age limit: 65 years (varies according to health condition)

5.2 Health Conditions

Tour participation is not recommended for the following health conditions:

• Heart diseases
• High blood pressure
• Pregnancy
• Surgery in the last 6 months
• Serious back problems
• Epilepsy

6. Code of Conduct

• Being respectful to other participants
• Not harming nature
• Not creating environmental pollution
• Following photography rules
• Smoking in designated areas
• Avoiding behaviors that would harm the group

7. Equipment and Personal Items

• Safety equipment is provided by the company
• The company is not responsible for loss of personal items
• It is recommended not to bring valuables
• Waterproof bags are available in limited numbers
• Wearing appropriate clothing is the participant's responsibility

8. Photo and Video Rights

• Group photos taken during the tour are shared with all participants
• Permission is obtained for marketing photo use
• Do not film other participants in your personal shots
• Drone use is prohibited

9. Communication and Complaints

• All complaints must be submitted in writing
• Complaint evaluation period is 7 business days

10. Applicable Law

• This contract is subject to Turkish Law
• All disputes are resolved in Muğla Courts
• Contract changes are made in writing

11. Final Provisions

These terms of use may be updated with prior notice. Current terms are published on our website. Your tour participation means you accept these terms.
