Is experience required for ATV tours?
+No, no prior experience is required for ATV tours. Before each tour, our experienced guides provide detailed safety training and teach vehicle operation. We offer practice opportunities in specially designed test drive areas for first-time ATV riders. Participants of all ages can safely join our tours.
What services are included in tour prices?
+Our tour prices include ATV/Buggy vehicle rental, experienced guide service, safety equipment like helmets and protective gloves, comprehensive insurance, and shower facilities at our center. Additionally, initial safety training and photography service are complimentary. Lunch and beverages can be optionally ordered separately.
Are tours cancelled in bad weather?
+Safety is always our priority. Tours may be postponed for safety reasons during severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or fog that reduces visibility. In such cases, alternative dates are offered free of charge or full refunds are provided. Tours can safely continue in light rainy weather as we have quality raincoats and equipment available.
Can children participate in tours?
+ATV and Buggy tours are suitable for ages 16 and above for safety reasons. Rafting tours have a minimum age limit of 12, and children must be accompanied by parents. Jeep Safari tours have no age limit - the whole family can participate together. Zipline activity requires a minimum age of 14 and weight of 40 kg. Canyon nature hiking is suitable for visitors of all ages.
Is it possible to cancel reservations?
+Reservation cancellation is completely free with full refund up to 24 hours before the tour date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance have a 50% charge. In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or issues on our end, 100% refund guarantee is provided. You can easily process cancellations via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
